Our newest Associate, Austin Warehime, was sworn in December 17th, 2020 after passing the Bar exam. Austin spent all summer preparing for the Bar while working at our firm under the Tennessee Supreme Court supervised practice guidelines. Due to Covid-19, the Tennessee Supreme Court ordered the Bar Exam to be taken in an online-remote format. Austin took the exam in early October and found out he passed the exam on December 7th. Austin, eager to get to work, organized a small swearing-in ceremony with Judge Kelvin Jones of the 8th Circuit Court in Downtown Nashville. Wendy Longmire introduced Austin to the Court and, with his fiancé, Lynsey Beros, Judge Amanda McClendon, and the 8th Circuit Court staff in attendance, Austin was sworn-in.
We are very proud of Austin for taking and passing the Bar Exam under such unique circumstances.
