Since its inception, OKH&C has represented a diverse group of corporate clients, ranging from small family-owned businesses to publicly-traded corporations. Our attorneys provide assistance and legal advisement with respect to the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, including the preparation of organizational documents and agreements among investors. In addition, we review and draft a wide spectrum of contracts related to the operation of our clients' respective businesses, including operational and service contracts, employment contracts, contractor and vendor agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, loan agreements, equipment and UCC property leases, and other financing documents, as well commercial leases, real estate purchase agreements, and construction contracts. We also represent and advise our corporate clients with respect to various insurance issues, including casualty, liability, worker's compensation, as well as officer and director liability.
