Mr. Weiss is Tennessee’s first and only Community Associations Institute (CAI), College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) Fellow. Mr. Weiss’s practice is dedicated primarily to the representation of homeowner and condominium associations throughout Tennessee which includes a portfolio of roughly 400 associations. Services include but are not limited to delinquent account collections; restrictions enforcement; composition of new Association governing documents; amendments and legal interpretation of existing Association governing documents; composition of Association rules and regulations, fine and enforcement policies and related documentation; parliamentary services to Associations and attendance at Association annual, special and board meetings upon request.
