In a legal malpractice case involving a multi-million dollar damages claim, Tom Corts and Will Caldwell successfully moved the federal court for the Eastern District of Tennessee to enter summary judgment on the statute of limitations defense. The Court agreed, and the Plaintiff appealed the decision to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
