Ortale Kelley recruits a limited number of highly qualified law students to spend their summer in a hands-on learning and working environment. Summer associates frequently attend depositions, various court proceedings and jury trials. Those associates interested in transaction work have the opportunity to attend residential and commercial real estate closings and participate in document review and preparation. Ortale Kelley encourages an open-door approach with respect to its summer associate program so that each summer associate is ensured a meaningful learning experience.
