Richard W. Sebastian

Mr. Sebastian is the managing partner of the firm. Having joined the firm in 1988, Mr. Sebastian concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, commercial transactions, corporate law and collections. He has been admitted to all local and state courts since 1992 and federal courts for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Sebastian obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1988 and his law degree from Nashville School of Law in 1992.

Mr. Sebastian is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and the Tennessee Land Title Association.
