Paul M. Buchanan

Mr. Buchanan is a partner in the firm. He joined the firm in 1983. Mr. Buchanan received his undergraduate degree in 1977 from Rhodes College and his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1983.

Mr. Buchanan's primary area of practice is civil litigation, both in state and federal court. Mr. Buchanan has also been admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Buchanan is also a trained mediation specialist.

Mr. Buchanan has extensive jury and non jury trial experience in matters involving professional liability, contract disputes, premises liability, insurance, construction defects, products liability, class actions, defamation, real estate, adoption, entertainment and personal injury. Mr. Buchanan regularly holds seminars for area insurance adjusters and executives.

Mr. Buchanan is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee Bar Associations. Mr. Buchanan currently serves on the Executive Committee Board of The Friends of Radnor Lake.
