J. Brent Moore

Mr. Moore is a partner in the firm. He joined the firm in 2001. Mr. Moore, attended the University of Tennessee, obtaining his undergraduate degree in political science in 1992. Mr. Moore obtained his law degree in 2001 from the Nashville School of Law. Mr. Moore's primary area of practice is civil litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Moore has also been admitted to practice before both state and federal courts.

During his career, he has handled a variety of cases dealing with workers' compensation, employment, commercial and tort litigation. Mr. Moore has trial experience, in matters involving adoption, business relations, construction defects, insurance contracts, premises liability, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Mr. Moore regularly provides seminars concerning auto insurance coverage including underinsured/uninsured coverage and workers' compensation matters.

Mr. Moore is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. He is a member of Tennessee Association for Justice. Mr. Moore is involved in many community activities, and has spoken for a local adoption agency concerning his experiences with international adoption. Mr. Moore was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and was raised in Darien, Connecticut.
