Gerald C. Wigger

Mr. Wigger joined the firm in 1988 and became a Partner in 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors. He attended the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and completed his law school studies at the University of Tennessee where received his J.D. in 1988.

Mr. Wigger, an AV-Rated Lawyer, is an experienced litigator in jury and non jury matters. He handles lawsuits involving premises liability, personal injury, workers' compensation and homeowners' association disputes. Mr. Wigger presents seminars concerning workers' compensation and Homeowner Association matters to various companies.

Mr. Wigger is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. He served as an Associate of the Harry Phillips Inn of Court. He is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation. Mr. Wigger has served as the Chairman of the Christ the King School Board, is a Coach in the West Nashville Sports League, Counselor to the Knights of Columbus and is active in the Nashville Pro Bono Association.
