D. Andrew Saulters

Mr. Saulters is a partner with the firm. He joined the firm in 2000. Mr. Saulters attended the University of Tennessee, obtaining his undergraduate degree in 1992 and attended law school at The Nashville School of Law, obtaining his law degree in 1999.

Mr. Saulters primary area of practice is civil litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Saulters specializes in workers' compensation litigation and has appeared and argued before the Tennessee Supreme Court Appeals Panel on numerous occasions. During his career, he has handled a variety of cases dealing with commercial and tort litigation, general liability, auto liability, products liability, toxic tort claims (mesolithelioma defense), and business litigation. Mr. Saulters has extensive trial experience, both jury and non jury in matters involving contract disputes, employment and labor law, premises liability, insurance and personal injury. Mr. Saulters frequently lectures and conducts seminars involving worker's compensation matters.

Mr. Saulters is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. He is a native of Germantown, Tennessee.
