Britton J. Allan

Britton J. Allan joined the firm as an associate in 2008. Mr. Allan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1999 and his law degree from the University of Memphis in 2002. Mr. Allan was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 2002 and admitted to practice before the United States District Court in 2005.

Mr. Allan has represented clients in both state and federal court, primarily in the area of tort litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, civil rights lawsuits, and general negligence claims, and professional malpractice lawsuits. Mr. Allan also has extensive trial experience in matters of personal injury insurance defense and criminal defense.

Mr. Allan is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
