ORTALE KELLEY’S SCOTT WEISS FEATURED IN THE TENNESSEAN NEWSPAPER

Ortale Kelley attorney Scott Weiss was recently featured in the print and online version of The Tennessean newspaper discussing Tennessee’s new Short Term Rental Act, strategies that homeowners associations can take to protect against short term rentals, and the variety of issues that short-term rentals can cause for homeowner or condominium associations.
