Mr. Crocker is a trial lawyer with more than 12 years of experience who concentrates his practice in commercial and tort litigation.

Charles Crocker is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 2003. Mr. Crocker practiced at the firm from 2005-2007 and rejoined in 2013 after practicing for a number of years in Arkansas. Mr. Crocker is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Arkansas and has had an extensive practice in both states.

Mr. Crocker’s primary practice is civil litigation in both state and federal court. He has extensive experience handling insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters for both individuals and corporate clients. Mr. Crocker has also represented clients in bankruptcy as counsel for the creditor. He is experienced in both jury and nonjury matters.

Mr. Crocker is admitted to practice before the Tennessee and Arkansas State Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Mr. Crocker is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and Arkansas Bar Associations.
