Andrea Freeman


Mrs. Freeman provides counsel to both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters dealing with medical malpractice, construction defects, premises liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, real estate matters, and professional board actions.

Mrs. Freeman joined Ortale Kelley Law Firm after receiving her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law. She is admitted to practice before the state court and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Mrs. Freeman is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women. She was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Mid-South Rising Star in 2016 and 2017.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Freeman worked in the financial industry in New York after graduating, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she earned her undergraduate degrees in finance and marketing.

  • Represented several individuals and small business owners in a variety of matters including negligence and breach of contract claims.
  • Assisted in the representation of hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice actions.
  • Assisted in the representation of various employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters.
